1. About
app-kit.dev is operated by Vitaliy Sazonov. Questions about these terms: hello@app-kit.dev.
2. The tools
The tools are free and need no account. They are provided “as is”: we work hard to keep them fast and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free results.
To prevent abuse, usage limits apply — for example, a daily number of SEO audits. We may change, limit or discontinue any tool.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to:
- upload only files you have the right to use, and nothing unlawful;
- run the SEO audit only on websites you own or are authorised to test;
- not bypass limits, send bulk automated requests or place excessive load on the site.
We may restrict access to the tools if these rules are broken.
4. Your files and our content
You keep all rights to the files you upload — we use them only to perform the processing. The site’s texts, design and code belong to App-Kit; you may quote blog posts with a link to the source.
5. Liability
Tool results, including SEO audit reports, are recommendations. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or decisions made based on the results. Keep your original files — we do not store them for you.
6. Privacy
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy: app-kit.dev/privacy.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page with its date at the top.
