1. Who we are

2. What we process and why
- Request data — IP address, browser type, requested page, time. Used to operate and secure the site; kept in server logs for no longer than 30 days.
- IP address for tool limits (for example, the number of SEO audits per day). Held only in server memory for up to 24 hours, never written to disk or shared.
- Images you upload to the compressor and converter. Sent to our processing service and used only for the conversion; the download link expires after 5 minutes. Image resizing runs in your browser — the file is never uploaded.
- The website address you check with the SEO audit. Sent to the analysis service together with the audit mode — without your IP address or anything else about you.
- The text you check with the text analyzer. Sent to the analysis service only for the duration of the check — without your IP address — and not kept after the response.
- Correspondence. If you email us, we receive your address and use it only to reply.
3. Legal bases
We process request data and IP addresses on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure, reliable and abuse-resistant service, and uploaded files and site addresses to provide the tool you asked for. Correspondence is handled to answer your request. Analytics cookies and Yandex Metrica are used only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by clearing site data.
5. Sharing and storage
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. The site runs on servers in Germany; image processing runs on our servers in the Russian Federation. Google Analytics data may be processed by Google in the United States. If you allow analytics, Yandex Metrica data is processed in the Russian Federation. Transfers outside the EU/EEA rely on your consent (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR) or the provider’s standard contractual clauses.
6. Security
All connections use HTTPS. Access to servers and logs is restricted to the site administrators.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing. Write to hello@app-kit.dev and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
The site is not directed at children under 16.
8. Changes
We update this policy when the way the site works changes. The current version is always published on this page, with its date at the top.
